Rusty's - Port Canaveral

Today's ride is through the country in a round about way to Rusty's in Port Canaveral. We have 2 new friends riding with us today and this is a special day for them.

Tina and Leigh, friends of Sporty John, are taking their first ride on the brand new 2010 Harley's they got the previous Tuesday.

After breakfast we picked up Tina and Leigh at Tina's house and headed out. I said their bikes are new but they've been riding for years and they are welcome to ride with the Geezers as often as they can.

 

Winter Springs is rapidly becoming an upscale community.

 

We're not quite out of town yet but the traffic is just how we like it - sparse!!

 

Here we are almost to Sanford. I know we say we're headed to Rusty's in the Port but you know the Geezers... we never take a direct route!!

 

By the time we got to 46 and 415 Tina and Leigh needed fuel. I think this is the first time since they got the new rides that they had to re-fuel - and they did it with the Geezers!!

 

We stopper at the Sanford Aero Modelers flying field on Hwy 46.

 

When they are flying their model planes this is a great place to stop.
