On Saturday, October 18, 2008, our ride is to Daytona Beach for Biketoberfest 2008. As usual, our ride begins with a good breakfast and our day ends with 210 more miles under our belts.

The Geezers find 5 new friends! Tom, Billy, Michele, Dave and Kevin. We all enjoyed the day, and we hope they will become regulars on our rides.

 

The Kid is already on the phone... Yes dear, I'll be careful. No dear, I won't do anything stupid. Yes dear, I'll just look - I won't buy anything...

 

Today we had 8 bikes and 11 people on the ride.

 

After breakfast we got on the road. With this many bikes we were hard to miss. This always makes for a safer ride - we like that!

 

The Kid is getting more comfortable on his new bike. Today was his longest ride so far and he did great!
